Afiniti, founded in 2006, is an applied artificial intelligence company that uses AI to match contact center customers with agents based on predicted interaction outcomes. To support its growth, Afiniti set out to build a large-scale engineering and R&D team in Turkey.
Mass recruitment project
Afiniti needed to recruit approximately 300 highly skilled engineers within four months to establish its AI R&D hub in Turkey.
The project required specialist talent across software engineering, C++, embedded systems, SIP, VoIP, mathematics and AI-related engineering. Finding this level of expertise at scale and within a limited timeframe presented a significant recruitment challenge.
