As a Junior Developer/QA in our Helpdesk Infrastructure team at Gini Talent, your responsibilities will include:
– Documenting and tracking issues reported by end-users.
– Reproducing reported problems to identify root causes and possible solutions.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
– Assisting in the improvement of Helpdesk support processes and procedures.
– Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software development and quality assurance.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Knowledge of browser debugging tools
– Proficiency in React and C# programming languages.
– Prior experience in documenting issues and reproducing problems.
