Welcome to Gini Talent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gini Talent platform, including any related mobile applications, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Gini Talent LLC ("Gini Talent", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Definitions
"User": Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
"Content": Any information, data, text, software, graphics, messages, or other materials that are uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted through the Service.
"User Content": Content that is provided by Users.
3. User Accounts

By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
8. Resume Upload Terms
By uploading your resume to Gini Talent, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Profile Creation: Your resume information will be stored securely in the Gini Talent database for matching with relevant opportunities.
- Privacy Control: You maintain full control over your profile visibility and privacy settings. You can make your profile public, unlisted, or private at any time.
- Data Sharing: Your personal data will only be shared with potential employers when you provide explicit consent.
- Profile Management: You can update, hide, or permanently delete your profile at any time through your profile settings.
- Data Processing: We may use AI-powered tools to extract and organize information from your resume to create your profile.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
