1. Purpose and Scope

This Code of Ethics establishes the fundamental principles and values that guide the conduct of all employees, directors, and representatives of Gini Talent LLC ("Gini Talent", "we", "our", or "the Company").

This Code applies to all business activities and relationships, whether with clients, partners, vendors, or fellow employees. Every individual associated with Gini Talent is expected to uphold these standards in their daily work.
