Afiniti, founded in 2006, is a world-leading applied artificial intelligence company that pairs customers and contact center agents based on how well they are likely to interact. Afiniti employs a cutting-edge AI solution to identify and predict patterns in human interactions, which are then used to optimally match customers with contact center agents.
Mass recruitment project
In order to scale effectively, Afiniti needed to hire around 300 people in two months. They decided to work with Gini Talent on the project. They planned to hire 20-30 engineers per week, which is a challenging task.
Finding the right candidates
It was essential to Afiniti that all employees be highly skilled and able to fit into the organization’s culture. They also wanted to ensure that the employees were willing to work under pressure in order for the transition to be completed on time. Besides, because of the number of recruitment, they wanted to lower the cost.

The Interview Process
The interview process was then followed by Gini Talent providing Afiniti with full documented feedback from each candidate following their interview. They provided a candidate screening service for all qualified candidates and presented a shortlist to Afiniti. Besides, the recruiters arranged the interviews between candidates and the hiring managers.
The Results
Afiniti hired all employees within two months, allowing the project to begin and be completed on time. So that they achieved scale effectively by hiring the right candidates at a lower cost.
